Inglorious Bastards

Just have seen a movie of Quentin Tarantino "Inglorious Bustards".Yes, I've read what it about  and my best friend recommended to watch.Of course,Til Schweiger is the best!!But...Last time I'm so touching. Some scenes made me nervous cuz I feel a fight or smth like that in future. I expected a more from this film.A lot of unreal mismatches in world of a Nazi.It looks like a fairytale for grown-up.

A theme of II World War in cinematography not so simple.I don't wanna to transform GREAT theme of this holy war to another gain of american producers...

I have a definite view about how these films should be.For example,I'm very impressed by "The Pianist" and "Shindler List" ...

  1. I think, a fairy tale for grown ups is exactly what Inglorious Basterds supposed to be! I mean, who else have came up with an idea to kill Hitler and why haven't anybody other that Tarantino?! For me, it put him in a category of geniuses. The scenes of Nazi massacre was the most satisfying movie scene I ever saw! I was freaking elated, because I got my revenge... at least in the movie.

Maybe I liked the film even more, because I watched "Valkyrie" not long before watching "Basterds". And it was so sad and depressing, leaving you with a feeling or rather wishing that everything went differently... But no, Valkyrie represented the actual history and there are so many movies like that. But "Inglorious Basterds" represent the dream of millions of people, Jews and Russians, and French... I think, people's need for fairy tales is definitely one of the the reasons why cinematography came into being and that is why Basterds deserved so much more than just one Oscar.
